Welcome to Prime Feb Dry Cleaner. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order with us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services (in-store, phone, WhatsApp, or online), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers using our dry cleaning, laundry, steam pressing, stain removal, shoe cleaning, leather care, and related services.
2. Services Offered
Prime Feb Dry Cleaner provides professional fabric care services including but not limited to:
- Dry Cleaning | Steam Pressing |Stain Removal | Shoe Cleaning | Leather Cleaning | Garment Finishing |Free Pick-Up & Drop Service (within service area)
All services are provided based on garment condition and fabric type.
3. Garment Inspection & Customer Responsibility
- Customers must inform us about any existing damage, delicate fabric, color bleeding issues, or special care instructions at the time of submission.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damages such as:
- Tears, loose stitching, weak fabric |Missing buttons, embellishments, or accessories | Color fading or shrinkage due to fabric nature
- Items left in pockets are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for loss or damage to valuables left inside garments.
4. Stain Removal Policy
- While we use professional techniques and high-quality solutions, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed, especially for old or chemically treated stains.
- Some stains may lighten but not fully disappear depending on fabric and stain type.
- No refunds will be provided solely based on partial stain removal results.
5. Leather & Delicate Items
- Leather items, suede, silk, designer wear, wedding garments, and heavily embellished items are cleaned at the customer’s risk.
- Slight color variation, texture changes, or minor shrinkage may occur due to material sensitivity.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer defects revealed during cleaning.
6. Pick-Up & Delivery
- Free pick-up and drop service is available within our serviceable area.
- Customers must ensure accurate address and contact details.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
- If a customer is unavailable at delivery time, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment may be required at the time of order or delivery.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Additional charges may apply for: Express service | Heavy stains | Special fabric treatment
- Orders will not be released without full payment clearance.
8. Claim & Liability Policy
- Any complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
· In case of proven damage caused due to our negligence, compensation will be limited to 5 to 10 times the cleaning charges of the affected garment, depending on garment condition, fabric type, and assessment by management.
· In case a garment is misplaced by us, compensation will be provided in cash, limited to 50% of the garment’s bill value or 10 times the cleaning charges, whichever is lower. Valid purchase proof (original bill/invoice) must be submitted to process the claim.
· We are not responsible for: Normal wear and tear |Fabric aging | Manufacturer defects |Color bleeding due to poor dye quality
9. Unclaimed Items
- Garments not collected within 30 days of completion may be disposed of or donated without further notice.
- We are not liable for unclaimed items after this period.
10. Service Refusal
Prime Feb Dry Cleaner reserves the right to refuse service for:
- Items heavily contaminated with hazardous materials
- Items with high risk of damage
- Any inappropriate or unsafe materials
11. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Customer details including phone numbers and addresses are used only for service-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
12. Modifications to Terms
Prime Feb Dry Cleaner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
